M. failed to establish title by adverse possession, that said defendants trespass was not intentional or willful and that it would be inequitable to require it to remove the retaining wall, awarded judgment requiring B. B. M. to pay $5,000 for permanent damages within 60 days and, upon failure to make such payment, that said defendant be permanently enjoined from possessing any part of said triangular parcel and that it remove therefrom the wall and materials aforesaid.
