Robert Allen Bane appeals the district courts orders denying relief on his complaint filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C.A. §Â§ 12101-12213 (West 1994 & Supp. 1998), and 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West Supp. 1998). We have reviewed the record and the district courts opinions accepting the magistrate Judges recommendations and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Bane v. Angelone, No. CA-96-687-R (W.D. Va. Jan. 9; May 20, 1998). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
